With hotel renovations, hotel will be nicer. had a good experience overall.

It was not taken care of. It was not at all clean as it should have been. Bad choice of a motel but we was so tired we just put up with it.

also, the tiles were coming off in the shower and the beds were very unconfortable .. The shower was either too hot or too cold not in between.. I let the office staff know when I checked out of our problems she only said sorry and items would be looked at. I had to come back 4 hours later because I left my planner between the matress on the bed they gave me a key to get in and to no surpise none of the items I let the front office know about were taken care but the room was ready to rent despite all the issue the room had............. ...read more

I would not stay there again. It did not meet my standards of cleanliness.

Make it attractive/eye catching!

The front desk staff was not friendly nor helpful. A hose was left out and was attached to a picket in the ground and the cover to this was not put back on. My wife fell into the open hole and twisted her ankle. I called the front desk to inform them of the incident and they were rude and didn't care at all. All they said is "All I can do is call an ambulance for you" The could have said I am sorry for that and I will send someone to cover that hole right away. The maid service was horrendous. The rooms need to be updated and more attention paid to the overall cleanliness of the rooms. If they could do this, the motel would much nicer.

This hotel was filthy. A sign saying pardon our dust, does not excuse scum on shampoo bottles, dirty towel rods and filthy sinks. The door did not have a safety chain, nor did the room have a working phone. We were traveling at a rapid pace from airport to wake to bed to funeral, and did not have time to address the issues, but it was extremely disappointing. ...read more
